Alex is a native of Pasadena in California and raised in Hancock Park, Los Angeles. Her father was Dr. Charles B. Witt is a well-known Thoracic surgeon from Los Angeles. His mother's name was Colette Witt. Charles Witt is Witt's older brother. Walter Witt is her younger sister. Witt might also be related to George Washington who was the first president of the United States. She is a descendant of George Washington and a member of the National Society of Washington Family Descendants. Witt is currently married to Bill Sorensen, who works as a TV producer. Charlie Sorensen has the father of the couple's two children in addition, Caroline Sorensen has the daughter. The happy couple has given birth to two beautiful kids: Charlie Sorensen (Son) and Caroline Sorensen, (Daughter).
